Hotel Marsella with Ocean Views Under Construction
The new Marsella Hotel is making progress every day. We're hard at work to develop the perfect vacation spot for backpackers, surfers and families. If you've done your research, you'll find that there's no location that offers more safety, a better view and a more ideal location.
It's amazing to see such a beautiful work in progress. Traditional architecture will merge with the best attractions to produce one incredible travel destination. Wake up in the morning to a free, freshly prepared breakfast. Then, hop in one of our brand-new kayaks and paddle to one of the nearby caves that were sculpted into a towering cliff by the waves of the Pacific Ocean.
At the end of the day, relax in our waterfall infinity-edge pool while our bartender shakes up one of our delicious cocktails. Coming soon we'll have a floating platform with a tiki bar right in the middle of our private bay. There's no place that offers the seclusion of the resort and is still located less than 1K from Playa Maderas and 10 minutes from San Juan del Sur.
The view here is incredible. From one of your room, enjoy the sights and sounds of the waves breaking 30 feet from your window. A gorgeous rock island is nestled a short distance from the beach. Kayak there and enjoy the true experience of paradise.
The resort will be unlike anything you have ever experienced. As we speak, our team is hard at work to produce a beautifully constructed living spaces at affordable prices. Dorm rooms will be available at less than $20 per night, or you can rent a private beach house, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, queen-size bed and a glass wall overlooking the beach, all for only $180 per night. Visit our private bay when we open in July, and you will never want to leave.
