Resort in Nicaragua Welcomes New Hotel Nicaragua Chef
It's all coming together at our San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua resort. Our new hotel chef, Geronimo Athuel Amaral, arrived today. Although he was born in Brazil, Amaral is familiar with cuisines from around the globe and is especially experienced with Italian, Oriental and Brazilian cuisines.Educated at Senac, a world-renowned culinary school, Amaral developed a keen understanding of menu development, kitchen management and plate aesthetics. His food is absolutely amazing. Formerly the chef at Miramar Surf Camp, the demands of a Nicaragua hotel venue are nothing new to Chef Amaral.
Geronimo has been developing his craft for seven years. He is sure to be an excellent addition to our Nicaragua resort.
